If you do not receive your vouchercode within two hours of subscribing please check to make sure the e-mail address is spelled correctly. If not, verify your address with the correct spelling.
If your e-mail address is spelled correctly we do recommend checking your spam, or bulk e-mail folder just in case your vouchercode got delivered there instead of your inbox. If so, select the message and mark it not spam, which should allow future messages to get through.
