As solar lights are powered by the sun, you may find that with shorter winter days your solar lights don’t illuminate as long as they did throughout the summer months.
We recommend storing your solar lights during the winter months and bringing them back out as the weather improves in spring.
If your lights stop illuminating after a period of time, it may be that your solar battery needs replacing.
To test them, simply unscrew the back of your solar panel, remove the solar battery and replace with a standard battery. Turn the lights on and cover the solar panel to imitate darkness, your lights should illuminate.
